Effects of postponing Miss International on Ayu Saraswati

Postby ajsy0203 » Sat May 28, 2022 12:08 am

First we have Vickie Rushton's ineligibility at postponed Miss International and now Ayu Saraswati is now officially withdrawing as Indonesia's representative to the rescheduled 60th Miss International.

As MIO kept on postponing the finals just to give Bint a proper farewell as MI 2019 and turnover the crown to her successor, more girls are depriving to compete due to their age eligibility and other study related & work related job that prevented them from joining the pageant. But there is another reason to it, the Japanese government is restricting all foreign tourists from entering their country until June 10, 2022 (only foreign tourists with booked package tours are allowed to enter Japan) unlike they give special permission to the foreign athletes at the Tokyo Olympics and other sporting events.

Hopefully this is the last time we will see the postponement of Miss International and maintained the 70-80 candidates just like in 2019.

If Postponement is due to Covid situation in Japan that they want to prevent cases to come in, then another host country should carry over the hosting. It's been such long time we haven't seen Mi to the world of Pageantries.

This is so sad, and it’s not her fault either! I feel so bad for her. :%(( :%(( :%(( :%(( :%(( :%(( If they can, they should send her to another international pageant only if she wants to, or reserve her for 2023, if she’s still eligible (a la Flora Coquerel and Camille Cerf), but once again, that is up to her. I wish her the best.
No more bashers in 2022, please.

Also, watch Dani Walker's video to know more on how bashers can kill with their words.

Unfortunately that's not gonna happen. If she does that the new Miss International Indonesia from 2023 batch has to wait untill 2024 to compete at Miss International, the queen from 2024 batch has to wait until 2025 to compete and so on and so forth. She sacrificed herself to break the cycle, she's always been like that, very kind and considerate to others.

I loved her and she was in my top for MI 2022
She is still 24 and is still eligible. I wonder what's really the reason.
Can ME Indonesia handpick her for Miss Earth 2022? I really want to see her compete!!!

Like I said before she's very considerate and kind, she's always been like that. She would go out and buy food or stuff from street vendors and promote them on social media and urge her fans to buy stuff and help the sellers make a living. She doesn't want the next queens have to wait for a year and half or two years to compete in MI. Plus she's put her medical education on hold for a few years now, she wants to finish her school and become a doctor.
As of now we don't have any franchise holder for ME, perhaps if Puteri decide to get the franchise they can send her there since her title (Puteri's 1st RU) is Puteri Lingkungan/Environmental Queen.

Miss International should have a new owner. Their current management sucks. The worst pageant during the pandemic.

The WOMEN candidates are BRAVE because they are always ready to fight. But the Management of MI are very fearful and scared to hold a PAGEANT. Their BALLS are like peanuts. On the other hand, they just need to require them a complete series of vaccines with booster then they can safely compete.

Not even a TEASER for the hungry enthusiasts and fanatics, MI doesn't want to give it to them for 2 years straight already. The contestants are already overcooked from trainings and waiting for nothing.
