Congratulations!

Wilbert did not send this girl to Cambodia, and KF doesn't even know the girl. The whole pageant has been rigged from the beginning and it is run by a scammer Halley Amin. According to Wilbert, Amin violated the contract by allowing someone else to send the Philippines delegate, and that the person who sent Varela to the pageant had paid huge amount of money to buy the crown for Varela. So if his charges are true, then Filipinos shouldn't be celebrating Varela's pre-determined victory.

... "So if his charges are true" .. there comes the reply. Still remains to be proven but here you are making hasty conclusion to disparage the win and the effort by the Org to put up a show.
... unless proven otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt must be the universal point of legal reference in this matter. Not that I were defending this Varela girl I don't even care who would have won becoz I have no personal stake in this matter. But it will serve to set aside personal bias or opinion as against what should be legal as it should. We should allow the legal process to take course and settle the score between the contending parties concerned. Wag pangunahan dahil may pinapanigan. If we muddle the issue with opinion .. i.e. "he says, they say, she says" ... puro palengkerag chismis ang kakalabasan exacerbating and instigating rather than waiting for the legal tussle to conclude in mutual understanding and acceptance.

Tolentino has all the receipts. He showed them during his Facebook live yesterday. I believe him.

Good for Tolentino if such is his case. Have you heard the other contending party speak? Let the court of law settle the matter between the two claims. The court of public opinion will only muddle the issue. Has Wilbert Tolentino settled the matter already re the Kampala fiasco? Is the case of Herlene Budol progressing enough or is it another of those that's bound to be buried beyond oblivion? In the name of justice I hope not.
Filipinos who are level headed enough are not hungry for any crown particularly if such triumph was shrouded with a "pre-determined" victory to borrow your contention. But any or every win that was earned legitimately is particularly welcome as an addition to the count.

Tolentino is not the only ND who is filing complaints against MPI; also several of the girls from Uganda file complaints and they have receipts. Varela's win was not earned legitimately because per Tolentino the girl's "ND" bought the crown for her. And MPI has not denied any of Tolentino's accusations, which means they are true.

Which court of law? Uganda's? Philippines'? Cambodia's?
