Set your favorites, all the checkboxes, all the overall performance and logic aside.

Let the prophecies begin my loves >:)

1. Philippines will definitely not get the crown
2. Curacao and Aruba will make it to the top 10
3. France and Ukraine will be in the top 16
4. Dominican Republic will not make it in the top 16
5. There will be at least 4 Europeans

Great predictions, with some I agree.

Ukraine will place of course their representative most certainly does not deserve the placement in terms of beauty, presence, grace. If Miss Universe wants the world to watch the final two holding hands will be Russia and Ukraine >:)

Hm I will get flagged down for this but no worries: Philippines and Puerto Rico will not place

El Tocuyo Venezuela again

Not that I believe it myself, but for fun I just asked online tarot for prediction :)

According to it:
5 latinas will advance to top 16
6 europeans will advance
no asian delegate will advance (which would actually demonstrate the claims of new owner of no bias and no preferences perfectly)

:-O

Here are mine!

1. The Philippines will reach as far as top 5.
2. Only three Asians will make it--the Philippines, Indonesia, and India.
3. USA will surprise us all, could reach the final 3, after eight years! South Africa will share with her the top-three podium. Venezuela will win this edition.
4. El Tocuyo would be Colombia!
5. There will be at least four "surprise" placements, just like last year--the likes of Japan, The Bahamas, Singapore making the first cut.

Good luck to all the girls!

A brunette from a small country that is not so known for pageantry will gonna win this miss universe edition.
The first runner-up is from a country that is very known for pageantry

1. All the changes about the pageant being fair by the new owner to go right out the window after we see the same 16 girls called on finals night.

2. Thailand will not win the pageant but she will be the highest-placing Asian this year.

3. The placement streak for the Philippines will end. They will not place this year.

4. Mauritius will get its first placement.

5. Italy will be the highest-ranking European.

The fact that you're still mentioning a "Top 16" instead of the published new format that includes a "Top 20" already shows how prophetic you are...

Curacao and Colombia? I would love to see them in the final 2

My top 5 at the moment

Italy - this girls styling is soo chic and glamorous, I love it!
Thailand (I love the fact the she is really fighting to get that crown even if it's hard to reach due to the "new ownership")
Spain
Peru
Dominican Republic

I'd love to see italy spain and thailand in top 3.

The top 16 will be comprised
of 4 Asians, 4 Latinas,
4 Europeans and 4 from
the other continents.

Top 3 would be Philippines, Thailand and Venezuela.

El Tocuyo will be Colombia.

1. Unfortunately, my El Tocuyo is also Colombia. Blonde latinas always flop in Miss Universe.

2. Weak sash factor countries like Curacao, Aruba and Mauritius may be in the Top 5.

3. The five strongest overall (so far) are Venezuela, USA, Curacao, South Africa and India. Usually, the overhyped girls fall short and these girls have maintained a low key presence.

4. There is a huge chance that all top five girls may come from the Americas.

5. Philippines disadvantage is that there is a Pinoy judge, Pinoy footwear sponsor, Pinoy skincare sponsor, Pinoy designers being employed, etc. It is the same curse and disadvantage as Thailand (being the recent owner). The bias is way too obvious than the Denise Quiñones and Catriona situation (with 2 of the judges being their countrymen).

I think the USA is going to do much better than I anticipated but I don't think she will win. I am kind of rooting for her now though because it seems like the Miss USA team is not behind her. Not sure what is going on with that whole situation. Last year Elle had the support of Crystle right away on all social media accounts. This year it is like Crystle is MIA. Also, I just saw a video where the USA was describing her interview outfit. She was comparing as it a journey to the highs and lows that she has experienced since winning USA.

USA will win.

She is on fire. Her poise, her looks, her eyes. She screams ... "Crown me bitches!" Ganern

I love Celeste ... she is divinely beautiful, pero parang kulang talaga. She is like Vanilla, na walang flavor. I really hope I am wrong though.

USA is full of flavor. Magic Sarap, Lucky Me and Ginisa Mix all IN!

I think R'Bonney is the best Miss USA in the last 15 years. Solid performance, not overdoing any aspect of her presentation, and she has tons of personality. Let's face it, after 2015's Olivia Jordan, almost all the Miss USA winners were really bland. Their closest to having a total package in recent times was with Hawaii's Chelsea Hardin in 2016 but they chose Deshauna Barber (who was nice) but had zero chances of winning.

After the preliminaries, most of the popular girls went down on my list, but they are not to be counted out since Paula Shugart still banks heavily on sash factor.

My third eye tells told me...

1. USA will be the next Miss Universe.
2. The Top 5 will look a lot like the 2005 Top 5!!!!

3. Angola and Germiany will make it to the semi-finals.
4. El Tocuyo will be Italy, Colombia, Venezuela or Thailand.
5. Mexico will come very close to winning this year's edition, leaving heavy favorites behind.

USA bulldozed her way back to everyone’s list and I’m jumping to the bandwagon.

She epitomizes Miss Universe ... marketability ( that’s lotsa $$$) . The new owner needs to break even . That’s just a fact .

Mag sabunutan na sila sa runners up finish .
I don’t care.
Philippines will do well ... 2nd runner up maybe ?

Side note : PR’s decision to use an interpreter is a bad decision . Fluency in English is a big plus especially is a big game like the finals night .

My take :)>-

1. Non-powerhouse countries will dominate

2. Colombia, Venezuela or Puerto Rico will be El
Tocuyo

3. USA and PH will be in the top 5

4. Mother Anne will have a walk and voice over message

5. Europe and Asia will dominate

yeah, i feel a rocky situation for R'Boney. after Miss Universe was bought by non-American, and Miss USA without certainty

I just hope Queen Celeste won't have the same fate as Miss South Africa 2020 Natasha Joubet. [-O< [-O< [-O<

If all you predict is that Queen Celeste won't win the crown, at least she deserves a semis placement, right?

So yeah, I'm blocking all your predictions against Queen Celeste!

My "prophecy" is Queen Celeste will be Miss Universe 2022! :!! :!! :!!

1. We will see a repeat of Miss Universe 1988 where the last two standing are ASIANS.
2. Much to the dismay of most fans, this non-powerhouse favorite from the Caribbean will fail to make the first cut.
3. The one who will win Miss Photogenic will be crowned Miss Universe 2022.

Very possible scenario, as there are also 261652 different ones that can also easily happen with this strong batch.
One thing for sure, I’m not gonna be suprised with anything

I saw it coming for both countries.
