Agree, communication skill will still determine the winner. But how come the close door interview is having a black out setting wherein the candidates will not see the panel of interviewers?

I kinda hate that part. It's still different when the candidate and the interviewer has some eye to eye contact. IMO

If it comes to speaking skills - INDIA, South Africa and USA will Eat out the hyped girls .The thing which matters the most is how to convey your thoughts with grace under pressure...
that's the reason SA and India won in 2019 and 2022 respectively.

EXACTLY! Cat since her arrival was in her BEST FORM, she was never the "know when to peak" type, She's always PEAKING day after day till She was Crowned. I don't get this "LOW KEY" game plan and the chillin' No make up look paandar.
