Coco Arayha's double standards on Fit and Fat photo

Coco Arayha body shammed Catriona for gaining weight by using digitally altered photo to insult Catriona and even Nawat defended her about the body shamming issue & advised Catriona to lose weight but this time she did not body shame Harnaaz despite she recently gained weight.

Do you think Coco is doing double standards on the fit and fat issue just because Filipina beauties are easily bullied by some of Thai pageant fans and beauties (along with several Indonesian and Vietnamese pageant fans)?

Whoever she/he/it/combination-of-which is, her standards do not matter at all. An organization is represented by whoever they chose to represent them, not by someone who is not even part of them. Now, "can we skip to the good part?"

As a plus size woman I have struggled with weight issues all my life due to a thyroid condition. However, I eat healthy and I exercise. During my pageant career I tried to follow this example but rarely made it past the swimsuit round.

In regards to this thread, Catriona did gain weight. It is evident in a recent interview that she gave concerning Cheslie I think?

To be honest, it's either that she only wants to shame Filipina beauty queens, or that she ''understands'' what Harnaaz is going through, or even both. At this moment, we shouldn't even give this former M/G/I contestant any attention anymore since this is what they want - which is to be controversial and ignorant. If that pageant wants to improve it should encourage their contestants in spreading their peace advocacy and donating to victims and volunteers of the current conflict between Ukraine and Russia, not doing awful stuff like mocking the Philippines and its pageantry devotion just to appease a bunch of bigoted fans that hate the Philippines.

Dear, this thread is about Coco Arayha, a former contestant at that pageant called Miss G**** International. (I had to put asterisks on its name since the pageant doesn't deserve that much attention). This former contestant body-shamed Catriona because of her physique by comparing her to the then-reigning Miss Gwand International from Paraguay, and the owner of the pageant (won't name that person here) also agreed that she lose weight. Sadly, both of these two individuals (Ms. Arayha and the owner) are Thai (from the country where Catriona was crowned), and their sentiments about her physique obviously raked up criticism. What fans have noticed is that Coco did not do the same thing to Harnaaz at all. Hopefully, this means that Coco has finally learned better, but ultimately, we will never really know.

I do believe that M/G/I is making sure not to say anything racist, untrue, or inaccurate about India and their people, given that one more racist attack on them and their culture could lead to the pageant losing all its fans.

I do believe that M/G/I is making sure not to say anything racist, untrue, or inaccurate about India and their people, given that one more racist attack on them and their culture could lead to the pageant losing all its fans.

Common enemy syndrome prior to Nawat's shade against India and their culture. Nawat took the advantage after Carousel ended ties with Femina & Times Group but the recent shade and temporarily awarding the MGI franchise to other franchise holder in the 2020 edition proved that there was a crack between Nawat & Femina/Times Group. Added to the insult was Harnaaz's win at Miss Universe 2021.

I don't care what her standards are, she's nothing more than a comic relief for beauty pageant fans same as her boss.

She could insert herself to anything Miss Universe related but she'll never get respected or taken seriously. However, I still want her there for novelty and entertainment purposes tbh she's still funny.

i watched the video press presentation of Miss Gwand thailand....there swimsuit presentation is below decency..i wouldnt want my daughter to be in that pageant..i thought thais were conservative people..also the faces of girls were so pretty but many have "thin high bridge european noses" i mean southeast asian girls should have relatively flat noses
