ROAD TO PUTERI INDONESIA 2023 - May 19th JAKARTA

Puteri Indonesia will crown their new queen on the 19th of May in Jakarta! Two of the winners will compete at Miss International 2023 and Miss Supranational 2023.

This marks the first time that Miss International will be welcoming the main winner of Puteri Indonesia to their pageant.

Special guests are yet to be unveiled and looks like it will be a major surprise!!!

XAMURAI, thank you for creating this thread. :=p
It looks like YPI has extended the registration until the end of this month and they will conduct the 2nd registration and interview on March 1st and 2nd to determine the official delegates for Puteri Indonesia 2023 pageant. I am not really impressed with the several contestants who had been elected from some regional pageants. I hope the Jakarta's audition will attract better quality contestants, but I have a feeling it's going to be different this year especially after they lost the Miss Universe franchise. Miss World Indonesia and MGI Indonesia are auditioning right now while Miss Universe Indonesia and ME Indonesia are about to start auditioning too, they will have more options on which international pageants they want to go to. I hope YPI will find the best candidates for Miss International and Miss Supranational [-O<

Another pleasant surprise is Sabrina Eben. Indonesian - Arab, the grand daughter of Indonesia's legendary singer who currently resides in Australia. I was expecting her to join Miss Universe Indonesia instead but I am glad YPI is able to draw some good quality candidates.
