very expensive only middle class nor rich people can afford this process sad if the ladyboy dont have enough money just to have this surgeries but pls. put god first as a center of all the decision we made before having this major operation like if he or she is physically,emotionally,spiritually stable aside from the money concern,the people who is very concern about the situation i think very important also to have the parent consent if they allow you to undergo sex change.
