ACT Rep France Castro you say? Hmmmmn, that certainly leaves a bad taste in the mouth! And the other interested cliques, they might as well have their own specific agenda some of which are diametrically opposed and do not coalesce with the central goal of this present administration. Perhaps, a look into the background of ACT and the so-called AHW will tell you why.

Whether secretary or undersecretary, still you need to have the practical knowledge, expertise,
understanding, and proficiency of the job the president is appointing you for. Hindi young sunggab
lang ng sunggab maging undersecretary ka lang.
in the hospital, can you imagine if the person distributing your medication is a nursing aide? And
surgeons should know their limits. Yes, surgeons operate, but if the case is a cesarean section or
hysterectomy, a neurosurgeon should not touch the patient for obvious reasons.
In the same way, a vulcanizer can not apply for electrician job.

I agree. sorry was not able to add words but it is a disappointment actually that not a health care professional was put in place.
only silver lining is that the DOH secretary is still vacant which we still have high hopes that the president will put the right person.
but surely, like the predecessor- what do we expect?
