The definition says wrongful act, it didn't include minor incidents like this one that don't involve endangering the life of
another person. But still, whether it is major or minor, the organization still has the responsibility of overseeing what is
going on inside the establishment which covers operation, planning, logistics, coordination, and structuring, and that
include handlers who may be operating or making decisions without the green light coming from THE HEAD HONCHO.
An example of respondeat superior is a janitors' negligence resulting in the customer sliding after the floor was mopped
in a grocery store. The person injured in the accident may be able to bring the janitor's employer, into the lawsuit. Another
classic example was the scalding of a customer in a popular coffee shop in America, resulting in the company paying
damages for burns.
Whatever the real story in this situation with designers, I still believe Miss Universe Philippines should scrutinize and eyeball
every activity and decision to avoid controversies not to mention verbal and internet bloodshed among fans and supporters.
The organization has the responsibility to protect its name and the people working in it as if the embers of the disputes
regarding vote-buying and the selection of the 30 candidates WAS NOT ENOUGH!

Philippines is a democratic country. They can talk in length about a given topic, issues or choose to be numbed, ignore them as they wish. They are not obligated to do with what you want to do or hope for with them. They have their own dealings accordingly and if that dealings are inappropriate for you, bring them to court. That's the democratic way in the society you choose for. But you can't bring any matters just into your own hands.

Well, it depends upon any given situations if respondent superior will be applicable. Like, if they signed waiver forms, disclaimer or contracts with all stipulations contained therein. An example for this in an instance, a janitor was so negligent in his or her job that caused injuries with someone. However, is the janitor a third party of the organization that is holding an employment contract with them. Mostly, janitors or janitress are agency based employment that their place of employment are not their direct employer. So, it's someone else respondent superior not theirs. Also with any kind of negligence, if it doesn't cause any injuries, you can't sue nobody. Like, a pharmacy forgot to recall any expired medicine but was taken by a customer. The customer can't sue them if nothing happens to him or her after taking the expired medicine. Subsequently, some negligence that wasn't intended to do harm or to happen is not legally bound for sanctions. Just like in the title of the thread, how can these designers sue a particular persons or entities, they didn't name names.

Espersave you have a typographical error.
Respondeat superior is Latin and to the uninformed, it means “that the master must answer” in Anglo-American common law,
the legal doctrine according to which an employer is responsible ...
