Yeah that's why I turned it off. I think, Nelly's is perfect to handle this batch as she really talks clearly and slowly and you know always giving this vibe of having sisterly chat. But I'm not blaming Jamie though. It seems Sierra Leone and Reunion Island didn't understand most of the questions and if ever they did, they don't know how to answer it or express themeselves well. I even think that Reunion Island's interpreter was the one answering the questions for her because she looked so clueless at all.

I don’t understand. All she needs right now are an evening gown, a swimsuit, some sort of a business attire for the interview, and some casual wears. She can find them in a mall. And there’s still plenty of time.
Worse case scenario, she just needs to show up in the three major preliminary judging events if push comes to shove. She can miss the other events if she’s got nothing to wear.

Both women looked uncomfortable in front of the camera. I kept wishing for Sierra Leone to expand on her answers. RI did try but I don’t think she understood most of the questions despite having a translator. Both need to work on their environmental knowledge and interview skills ASAP.
Speaking of interview skills, I was impressed by Colombia’s . She looked confident and engaged even if some of her answers were a bit off. Contrast that to Jamaica who looked like she would rather be somewhere else . And Ecuador looked so serious that she kept forgetting to smile. There were a few instances when I thought she was about to snap while answering . She appeared to have loosened up a bit as the talk neared its conclusion.

I haven't watch Colombia's (and others) interview yet. I missed that one.
Maybe these girls are now thinking, "Gosh, what have I gotten myself into? A beauty pageant or an oratorical contest?"
Well the answer is both.

And then lo and behold, she suddenly came up in the middle of the interview probably wanting to whack the head of the guy translator.

I knew, even if I did not understand what she said, that she actually did well. Just by judging her delivery. She's a journalist after all. Poor girl.
Yeah, she looks like Queen K. And she's also feisty as Queen K.
