She seems to have won based on her credentials, I read she speaks five languages and studied international affairs. Fluent in english and great communication skills.
However, I find her to be just pretty/cutesy and she flopped during her Q&A so not sure.

Last year's winner also banked on just credentials. She lost.

I read somewhere this girl has either INDIAN and/or FILIPINO parents or something like that. I also read her father's company was a sponsor in the pageant (not sure that part is true)

And we will continue with in that trend, we now prefer to crown a girl with an strong advocacy and a genuine reason to get the title.
The difference between Rosa and Mher is that the last one speaks 5 languages, she has been working with the United Nations BEFORE being crowned Miss Panama
She has participated in projects with Harvard University, she has been working for the wellness of the international community ALL HER LIFE, and the best part is that she perfectly represents the diversity of races and cultures in Panamá, cause our demography is all about contrasts, if you see the last 4 girls that have been chosen as Miss Panama you'll notice it.
