Overall, I’m happy with these rumored girls, it looks like is going to be a better batch than last year.

From what I’ve read there were around 90 girls in the EPI process, so as soon as other girls are known I'll be posting them.

Venezuela couldn't have made it more obvious they are all about Miss Universe.

With last year's winner going only to Miss World, the quality of contestants was tragic. This year, it seems like it could be a complete 180.

There is no competition with Julia from start to finish.

At least at Miss Universe, Politics can only bring a girl up to the first cut, then she is on her own.

From what I’ve read there were around 90 girls in the EPI process, so as soon as other girls are known I'll be posting them.

During the 1st phase of the selection process (March 6 - April 3), 813 online applications were received. The 800 + aspirants were later trimmed down to 90 pre-selected candidates, who attended the 2nd phase of the selection process, the On-site Comprehensive Evaluation (Evaluación Presencial Integral - EPI). Most of them attended the "EPI" process at "La Quinta" in Caracas and some of them in Miami. Nina Sicilia and Jacqueline Aguilera were in Caracas and Maria Gabriela Isler in Miami.



In these 30 girls I've just posted I like.

★ Emmy Carrero - [El Vigía - Mérida] She is a Business Administration Student, TV Host & piano player. She was Miss Glam Mérida 2014, Señorita Mérida Internacional 2014, pre-candidate of the Miss Venezuela Mundo 2015 and Miss Venezuela 2015, Señorita Deporte Internacional 2015 and during the 2015 Señorita Deporte Venezuela pageant was designated to represent Venezuela at Miss Grand International 2016. However, due to personal reasons she resigned to her title and she was substituted by Débora Paola Medina.



★ Gabriela De La Cruz - [San Felipe - Yaracuy] She was Queen of Ferias de Mayo de San Felipe 2016, one of eight winners of the 2017 Miss Carabobo pageant and a 2017 Miss Venezuela pre-candidate (Top 40)



★ Maria Fernanda Franceschi - [Lechería - Anzoátegui] She is a general Physician, a fashion model and was one of ten winners of the 2017 Miss Anzoátegui pageant and a 2017 Miss Venezuela pre-candidate
