Really, hindi siya nakapasok?

Are the other girls really better than her? I can’t really comment because I don’t follow that pageant closely.

I’m sad for her...

I just watched it in Youtube Live streaming.

Actually, I never followed the pageant but Eva leads me to the Live streaming in You tube.

I think, the twin sister of Vice Ganda (base on my opinion). Her face is horrible and she doesn't deserve to be there. As ate Nycla said, there are Indonesians in the panel of judges.

Sabi kc ni Angkol 3 years in a row na daw tayo sa Top 5 place, time to look for other girls naman daw. Well competition yan may nanalo may matatalo at nagkataon na di yan for Eva.

I think her tripping during the prelims has something to do with her non-inclusion.

But what the heck! She gave her all and she made us proud. that in itself is already an accomplishment.

And you guys, don't be disheartened. Minor pageants may slip us this year. But remember:

Postby mrgary » Thu Oct 25, 2018 2:31 pm

It must be Eva's evening gown performance at the preliminary that made her miss the cut. She almost fell when she was about to make her turn that eventually made her beautiful pose become very anti-climactic. We couldn't blame the shiny floor because it was only Miss Philippines and Miss Wales who almost tripped and fell during their performances among all of the candidates. Let's face it, majority of them really brought their A-game during the preliminary competition. Besides, the gown Eva wore was very unflattering and didn't have the wow factor. Up to now, I am still perplexed as to why most of the wardrobes she brought to Myanmar were tacky in design and construction. She adamantly chose her local designers from Cebu. She could've settled for Cary Santiago who is the better one in the area than those run-on-a-mill Cebu designers with very limited, tacky and outdated fashion tastes. Even her national costume was very underwhelming. This was what I complained about a few days ago. Majority of her colour choices were muted! Eva's hair was also too bulky for her face during the evening gown competition as well. I felt so sad for her because she could have been in the top 5 but just because she wasn't in her element during the preliminary competition, it caused a setback on her chance for the crown. This was what Shamcey Supsup said before, "Learn to peak at the right moment." And to KF, please train your girls to have variety and creativity during the course of the pageant and not as a "One-note Pageant Patty".

I don't think so. SOBRANG PINAGUSAPAN NG INSTAGRAMVERSE ang almost trip nya. Kung may waterloo sya, comskills yun, BUT HELLO, THIS IS MGI. M G FRIGGIN I. If Nicole Cordoves wont win with that KILLER ORATORY and passable catwalk, I don't think Eva can either.

I don't follow that Minor pageant so I don't know how she faired but I really find her pretty even think she could snatch the Bb. Universe crown. I think Nawat is angry at Bb. Pilipinas because pinagdidiinan nila that MGI is just a freaking minor pageant.

I don’t think it’s the ‘near miss’ trip that killed her chances.
Previous editions had girls almost tripping as well, but they still made it in the first cut. Example is last year’s Puerto Rico and many other girls.

Have you noticed all the girls coming from the countries of previous winners (who were prelim judges by the way) made the first cut? But most of them were not deserving, especially the girl from Australia and Indonesia, Cuba too. Lahat ng mga babaitang yan may kinikimkim na galit sa dilag ng pinas at isang near-miss lang ang hinihintay nila para ma-justify ang mababang score nila sa Pinas hihi.

Not really shocked about the results, Eva's performance is kinda sub par compared to Liz Clenci's strong presence last year. To be honest, not really excited about the beginning of this pageant season, with Miss Globe & MGI as opening salvo. I am looking forward more in Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Supranational, Miss World & of course, Miss Universe. Why? The stakes are higher and our girls are stronger reps in those pageants. Nuff said.

Truelalo...parang recycle yung gown nya. parang nakita ko na palagi nya sinusuot. Very common. kalowwkaaaa...KFC pala cya.

Haha!

Stella will now drop MGI from Binibini hahaha!
