She does deserve it! She, Mexico and the newly-crowned Chile are the only strong ones in the line up of Miss World this year.

The thing is... even if she wins this case the problem is not with MVO but with MISS WORLD and Julia!
If she will compete in Miss World, Julia won't even let her in the Top 50!
But if representation is all she wants then I'll definitely support her.
MVO is merely acting upon the request of Julia to not send someone who is a runner-up to a Miss Universe girl.
That's why MVO decided to conduct a Miss Venezuela 2018 where the winner will go to Miss World in expense of Veruska who will be dethroned.
Julia wants a girl who is crowned on a separate pageant and must not be a runner-up to anybody. (I will make a separate thread for this one)
I did my research and Julia's request has been favored by most national directors who also has the Miss Universe Franchise.
Here are the following examples:
1. MISS POLONIA got the Miss World franchise and decided to send their main winner, Agata Biernat, in Miss World considering she was previously confirmed for Miss Universe. (Again, Julia wants the winner and not any from runners-up).
2. MISS BELGIUM - I got to talk with Angeline months back and she confirmed she's set to compete for both pageants but it all depends on Miss World's schedule. Recently, she confirmed that her ND decided to send her to Miss World "coz she's the main winner".
3. MISS SOUTH AFRICA - They changed their format this year to balanced out the two titles. Thulisa Keyi and Tamaryn Green were crowned separately and then Miss SA was adjudged afte . Technically, there's a separate coronation.
4. MISS AUSTRIA - I have talked to Daniela Zivkov (Miss Austria 2018) and she confirmed that she'll only go to Miss World. Last year, it was the main winner who went to Miss Universe and runner-up to Miss World. (Julia wants the main winner this time).
5. MISS ARMENIA - Instead of crowning Miss Universe Armenia and Miss World Armenia...they decided to hold a separate pageant this time for Miss Universe. Both girls are under the same organization.
6. MISS BOLIVIA and MISS PARAGUAY has been crowning a separate girl for Miss World years back so nothing new happened. Russia has been sending its main girl to Miss World for some time now so again nothing new there.
....
The only problem is really Venezuela who crowned the Miss World girl as a runner-up to a Miss Universe girl and Julia doesn't like it

VERUSKA WILL PROBABLY CLAP...THE MVO WON'T SUPPORT HER 100%. THEY DIDNT WANT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

She'll place. Probably in the Top 40, if there's another Head-to-Head Challenge. Remember that Ana Ugarte won the Head-to-Head challenge from her group.
