The stage setup and special effects alone are spectacular and very realistic with amazing costumes and, as one reviewer puts it, “It was great to watch and enjoy, and it was also very educational.” Siam Niramit definitely has what it takes to become another successful and must-see show/attraction in Bangkok and Phuket.

HOSTING MISS UNIVERSE IN THE PHILIPPINES WAS A TOTAL WASTE BY ADAPTING THE USUAL VEGAS SETUP. NO DIFFERENCE, IT DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT WAS HELD IN THE COUNTRY.
THAILAND SHOULD LEARN FROM THAT MISTAKE.
THEY SHOULD DO THE 2005, FROM THE DESIGN OF THE STAGE TO BACKGROUND MUSIC.
HOW SERENE WAS THE EVENING GOWN MUSIC.

You know what, I would like to see another Miss Universe pageant there in Ecuador. 2004 was my ultimate favorite edition during last decade. Production and stage wise, it was really modern and breathtaking, a hairline better than Thailand's
They've been hosting recent Miss Universe titleholders in Machala, so why not consider hosting another Miss Universe pageant? Maybe next year? or in 2020?
I think if your country will host another Miss Universe pageant, the 2004 stage would be a perfect design.

Its already delayed for two years. I’d rather have their governement spend money on Infra projects to improve lives
than capricies like Miss Universe. Guayaquil is such a mess, such a boring city, so not there.
If there will be a private sector financing it like in the Philippines then thats fine.missofan705 wrote:MariaAndreina wrote:The stages under IMG have been stellar. HOWEVER, IMG should be very careful with not integrating cultural aspects. Host countries could get turned off by this.
