You can't, Like you can't describe smell to a person without a nose, or taste to a person without a tongue, or sound to a deaf person. However, you can associate color with feeling--like yellow is the color of sunshine that touches your face on sunny day. You can associate it with smell--like the fragrance of a lemon in the grocery store. You can associate it with taste--like the popcorn you snack on. You can even associate it with the color of urine. Color is subjective anyway. What is yellow to me can be green to others--like the tennis ball. It's a matter of perception really. A blind person may not be able to perceive color without his eyesight, but he may be able to understand it using his other senses.
