The winner is going to Miss World next year for sure. Some pageant websites that the winner will compete in Miss Universe. If you google Miss Namibia Universe, one of the result will be MissNamibiaUniverse and it will leads you to the official website of Miss Namibia. So it is safe to say Tsakana will also go to Miss Universe.
