Who is justifying anything? That it is rightful of China to involve politics in a beauty pageant? I think you are sadly mistaken. Regardless of whether a Chinese representative is unattractive or nonstunner, she should not be mistreated like how the Philippine representative is treated right now. Hospitality in the Philippine culture is inherent beyond getting even or being vengeful. If you think that it is acceptable to do the same treatment to a Chinese representative, then you are PERPTUALIZING DIRTY DEEDS. And if that is the case, then why bother hold a pageant for a higher cause. It will only defeat the purpose of a FAIR AND JUST competition, which sadly we are not not seeing right now.

The poster before me suggested that a Chinese representative should be given the same treatment as how they treat the current Miss World Philippines. With that in mind, I replied in a question form that given the Filipinos are hospitable and that they are beyond politics when it comes to beauty pageant, the suggestion is not feasible. I suggest that you read quoted posts before you post your replies out of passion and not rationalization.

You also mentioned on your deleted post that I claimed Chinese representatives are mistreated in the Philippines. I never said that, or even suggested that in any way, shape or form. You also characterized Chinese people the way you please as it is your prerogative, not mine. Will it affect me? I think not. You even went on and on about Filipino hospitality when no one is even contesting it.
