This is my list of favorites, there are 30 beauties listed. Miss World is creating more fuss than Miss Universe this year with such a great batch! It's hard to point a winner or even organize a list for me. I have organized it in alphabetical order, just being fair. This is not my final list neither a prediction! Here are my favorite girls for the Miss World 2012 title as of now. I think one of these beauties will win the crown! I don't have time to write long commentaries, I will try to highlight the positive on each girl.


1. Australia - exotic, well prepared and experienced
2. Brazil - outstanding body, strong presence, prettier than expected
3. Chile - unconventional, statuesque, something new and different from the usual (sorry for that pic, I couldn't find a prettier one)
4. China PR - graceful and always so elegant, very pretty, the best from Asia in the beauty department
5. Colombia - classic beauty, commanding presence, statuesque, the clear standout from Latin America. I love her sultry glance, she knows she is beautiful
6. Czech Republic - beautiful facial features, very charming as well, the best blonde


7. Dominican Republic - experienced, great figure, impeccable styling in every activity
8. England - refreshing beauty, warm smile, positive vibe
9. France - gorgeous beauty, her hair makes her a stand out, very polished and well trained
10. Greece - beautiful face, demure and serene yet powerful memorable beauty
11. Guadeloupe - gorgeous black beauty with refined features, commanding presence on stage, very decent, Queen of Caribbean for me
12. Israel - statuesque, fresh, very modelesque with strong presence; frontrunner for Top Model fast track


13. Italy - underrated beauty, fresh and youthful. Miss World love this type of girls
14. Japan - exotic Asian beauty, interesting look, very underrated
15. Kazakhstan - she seems confident and exudes sex appeal, that, and having that special x-factor, makes her a stand out
16. Mexico - your typical sassy Latina, overpowering beauty on stage, versatile beauty
17. Netherlands - experienced, charming, pretty beauty with so much potential to blossom into a beautiful woman on stage, she needs to use her experience to her advantage
18. Panama - gorgeous Latina, she can easily sneak in the Top 7, silent killer alert


19. Paraguay - Interesting features, gorgeous eyes, not your typical Latin queen
20. Philippines - very experienced, classy and pretty. Killer evening gown, the best in the competition, a total stand out
21. Poland - pleasant surprise, uber gorgeous, extremely attractive and vibrant and very photogenic. She has that OOMPH
22. Puerto Rico - she knows how to present herself, impeccable styling in every activity, different from the usual Puerto Rican queens, well prepared
23. Russia - angelic, ethereal and very down to Earth, consistent beauty, Miss World prototype
24. Spain - beautiful eyes, great stance and height


25. South Africa - Queen of Africa. Reminiscent of Valene Maharaj, very interesting look, intellectual! Her indian roots make her a stand out
26. Turkey - statuesque, similar to Israel, slightly androgynous
27. Ukraine - one of the most beautiful European for me, consistently beautiful in every activity, polished delegate, reminiscent of Irene Skliva for me
28. Venezuela - very charming, a breath of fresh air, impeccable personal style (fab wardrobe!), the most prepared beauty without a doubt
29. Vietnam - surprisingly pretty and radiant, one of the best in Asia
30. Wales - Queen of Europe. Very expressive, effortlessly beautiful from every angle

Love it, what a strong group of 30 that you have chosen! So glad you included Miss Italy.. I can't understand with beauty like hers why nobody ever mentions her for anything good. I see you are not a fan of South Sudan.. Actually I really love that girl! I told Jeffrey that I have always seen that extremely black- darkest beauties are often misunderstood and even understimated.. did you see her interview video? It was like and "awwww" I fell in love with her.

I was expecting this! I totally feel you on how difficult you say it was for you to choose among this batch, I've had the same struggle and as the competition progresses my list has changed very drastically......... for example I don't like Australia anymore, I used to love her looks at the beginning but now she just looks scary to me. On the other hand Panama has grown tremendously on me, it's like you say.... she can be the surprise of the competition! On a general note I agree with most of your comments and like most of the girls you listed, except for South Africa, Australia, and Kazakhstan; for the rest I agree. I am so glad you too like Italy because people have been ignoring her big time, and she is so gorgeous!


You were so worried you didn't have time to analyze all the girls, yet you did an amazing job! Very fair and genuine as all your comments are........... what made you change your mind about Venezuela though? I know you did not fancy her during some time.....

Great list overall. Australia, Czech Republic and Italy are total goddesses that simply can not be ignored... but then again so is Albania.

If Floriana Garo doesn't place this year, then Albania should stop participating in MW all together.

Australia is a sentimental favorite, I love Jessica Kahawaty since she was Miss Lebanon International back in 2008! I know she's been delivering some doubtful candids but I'm positive that she will give a good fight, she is well prepared and experienced in pageantry!

I strongly agree on South Africa, that's why I only mentioned her Indian roots and intellect in positives! Japan is very exotic and interesting, she is alienesque! It's either you like her or you don't. I think she has that Top model look and she's been looking good in her candids.

I use to love Nepal. However, I'm not a fan of her smile, it's kind of scary. She did not live up to her photoshopped pictures, but I have her on my radar, she is exotic and may place, who knows.

I really love Miss Italy from the get-go, she is extremely underrated. And you are right, I am not a fan of South Sudan at all. She is so overrated in my book, I can't understand why. She is tall and modelesque, but her face is plain and her forehead is extremely distracting. I'm not a racist, but just not a fan of her type of beauty at all!

It's very difficult for me to organize it, but when Beach beauty semifinalists are announced, it will be easier. So far, Kazakhstan has been doing well in the competition, I really like her type of beauty. South Africa was a favorite of mine from the get-go, now she is on the verge of disappearing from my list. I still have faith in her though. And Australia, like I mentioned, is one of my sentimental favorites since she's been in the pageant scene. And yes, Panama is drop dead gorgeous, she is short but that didn't stop Amanda last year!

For me, Guadeloupe is simply gorgeous. She is one to watch out for in finals!

It was hard for me narrowing this list to 30, I can't imagine what it would be like when I organize a Top 7! As of right now, my Top 2 is Colombia and Wales. The rest is not clear as of now, I will wait for Beach Beauty!

Miss India's performance has been underwhelming, she is very basic. I though she was better than last year's representative, but not at all tbh! Japan is like a wild card, she has oomph!
