IN MY OPINION OVERRATED IS SOMEONE THAT IS BASICALLY ORDINARY LOOKING (NOTHING SPECIAL) BUT RECEIVED TOO MUCH ATTENTION WHICH SHE DON'T DESERVE IT. ISRAEL,MEXICO,COLOMBIA,RUSSIA,PHILIPPINES,FRANCE,WALES ARE BEAUTIFUL. SO THEY DESERVED THE ATTENTION. BUT I AGREE SOUTH SUDAN IS OVERRATED, I SEE NOTHING SPECIAL IN HER, THERE SOME AFRICAN GIRLS BETTER THAN HER.
