Why some people hate on Indian beauty queens??

They feel that all of our beauty queens from Lara, Sush, Priyanka, and even Aish didn't deserve the crown! Correct me if I'm wrong but two out of these 5 women Aish and Lara have some of the highest scores in the history of both the Miss Universe and Miss World pageant. Lara got the
highest score in the swimsuit competition and her finalist interview score was the highest individual score in any category in the history of the Miss Universe contest, 9.99. And Aishwarya Rai has been named the most beautiful Miss World of all times by Global Beauties site, the same site that named Oxana Federova the most beautiful Miss Universe of all time.
I think the same person has created all 4 of these threads but goes by different names. Indians have been robbed so many times in these international pageants especially at MISS INTERNATIONAL with Nafisa Ali and Esha Gupta. But we're not making threads saying the ladies that won don't deserve to win. It's so classless and stupid behavior.

Well this all misso is all about my friend-we are a "melting pot of Beauty pageant fanatics"so expect to read different ideas and opinions here-and ready yourself for a "harsh,degrading,mutiliating bashings and insults"pertaining to a beauty queen or even to a forumer here..A lot (or some) of people here are contesting the "freedom and democracy" of expression in the forums,whom (atleast some) doe'snt even know that this priviledge comes along with a great "responsibility and respect"..Good thing that Ms. Pawee is constantly monitoring those "inhuman bashings"that most are from "pageant expert"wannabe/illusionist..BTW I think that Oxana Federova,Miss Universe 2002,got the highest score in swimsuit in the MU history..

No, she was the most beautiful according to Global Beauties, but she didn't get the highest score in swimsuit in the history of MU. She was best in swimsuit for the year. Lara had highest swimsuit score in history of MU.

But that's not the point the point is why people are after Indian winners? They are obsessed with the past, something that they cannot change.

Wish I could stand up in a huge crowd with Sushmita Sen's cool confidence and intelligence.

People are so consumed in jealousy that they can not help but criticize the winners, the only way they can pacify themselves is by trying to pull down the winners.
However, the winners are wise and know that stooping down to the level of sour losers is of no use, their job is to look upto their future and reach new heights thus do not feel bad or insulted to read about people calling our queens "undeserving" "plain" "ugly", it simply shows that they are trying to bring down some one who they know are successful

Did you know that your very own Miss Asia Pacific 1973 Tara Ann Fonseca received a perfect score of 100% for beauty of face from the judges when the pageant was held in Manila? This was proudly revealed in a newspaper article before by its then President and founder Ramon Monzon.

No I had no idea! I just started following and developing an interest in pageants. It's nice to know that. You know I've always loved Filipino queens. Shamcey was robbed last year at Miss Universe. I really loved her answer to the question if you had to change your religion for the person you love, would you. The crowd went crazy after her answer. I remember watching it on t.v and I was really feeling her answer lol I really loved it and she is beautiful.
