What makes you blush?




Rules:

1. Everyone is allowed to join and answer as long as they use English language.
2. The current judge will choose the winner and the runners up after 24 hours of this thread's availability.
3. Please post your original answers and do not copy from other sources. Let's avoid plagiarism.
4. The winner (1st place) will be the judge for the next day although some circumstances will force me to find a new judge either a runner up or a moderator.

Blushing is the involuntary opening of blood vessels in the skin as a result of a wide range of emotions like shame, shyness,apprehension & even anger as a result of sympathetic stimulation (chos!).When I was a child, what made me blush were simple things like when a secret "crush" becomes un-secret, or when Nanay discovered that I was trying her high heeled shoes not just once. As a medical student, blushing was due to an unexpected - proximity to a hunky classmate, an unlikely stare caught from someone I admire, and getting simple praises for a good deed.As I got older, blushing became more from complicated (hehe) reasons- like a fart I could not contain or when a stranger awakens me from a snore gone wrong!
To blush is just human : ))
