In DR, it's not mandatory to change your marital status on all your legal documents unless you want to. So basically, Carlina had "single" on all of her documents including the most important, her "cedula." Plus, she had already competed in two contests and it had gone unnotice. And I'm not even sure about Carlina ): I heard about her planning to sue on June 24th or the 23rd but I'm not sure. I'm sure that if we're announced as the host country, then the answer will get more clearer.
