According to Mr Prevelakis, the man that's behind Star Hellas competition and the representor in Greece of Miss Universe & Miss World there will be a Star Hellas and Miss Hellas 2012! Mr Prevelakis was interviewed a few weeks ago on Athens Jukebox Radio and after talking about his long career and why Star Hellas pageantry were cancelled from seing live,he ensured everyone that there will be a Miss Greece 2012!



Further more, about the contestants he seems to be discussing with the greek fashion agency VNMODELS but also ACEMODELS (GR).

There are some rumors that Sofia Galanaki (vn models) is interested, any news about it?

I don't think they will choose Sofia Galanaki. She doesn't qualify as a whole and she's too old.

There are a lot of new girls - young in age in VN Models like Dimitra or Athanasia Georgakopoulou who is stunning.

Angie Karantoni is also rumored who has been modeling for only 1 year and has already done a lot of jobs in Greece but also internationally

Angelina who was posted previously is also a stunner but also this girl Margarita S.





A girl that's been rumored right now and is my favorite one so far and a stunner is CHRISTINA KYDONIDI! SHE'S A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!

About the rest... I don't think Christina Zafeiriou will compete at all...she's amazing and really sexy but has done a lot of semi naked and sexy photoshoots and this may disqualify
her.

Angelina ,Elissavet and Vassiliki Roussou are under consideration. Vassiliki also completes the requirements,she has done many jobs and also happens to be best friends
with Yvonni.





Just like Yvonni though her whole features and style are more into runway & high fashion models because she has kind of extreme charachteristics like very big eyes,
kind of an ancient greek nose,thin lips...







So in my opinion even though she's beautiful she's not the kind of girl that would fit in MU or MW.

Other girls like Tina Papaioannou who has also been a hit the last year in Greek fashion (and not only) might also be under consideration as well as Antonia Fragou,
even though Tina is even more modelesque..She's taller,with better qualifications in general. The biggest part of her job though is not posted in VN so I won't even bother to post her photos.

Sofia Tzanetakou is also not bad...









I could post a lot more of course.

In general though,Prevelakis prefers girls that are not that known like last year's participants so i believe some of the tops will be Christina Kydonidi,
the amazing Athanasia Georgakopoulou....(both very young)







and the newest member of the "club", Dimitra





Every year though, Prevelakis takes contestants from Cristi models & before star hellas was cancelled most of the girls that participated were from there and even last year
Yvonni, who participated was assigned with Cristi's...

Cristi's hit for this year is for sure Konstantina Spyropoulou who's a hit for this year as well and would fit perfectly to the MU and even better to MW not only because of her qualifications but she also has a very sweet charachter







And an also breathtaking new one is Natalia Jiouveli





She's very beautiful but too short for MU

Greta Skoulika who's Greek-German is also a doll with good qualifications





Electra Adrahta and Georgia Rodi are also not bad but , we shall see

Some are indeed on my wishlist but a realistic one. Both of these agencies are the ones that have been coorperating with Prevelakis and cristi models especially since...forever. VN got in the game last year. The girls that participated last year to MG were mostly known in fashion cycles only or were tottaly new except Iliana who was known though mostly aboard.

I assume they will do the same this year,and in my opinion Angie Karantoni will be considered. She's one of the agencies most well paid models,not too new but she has a very good reputation at fashion cycles so we will see how she'll go. Same with Kydonidi,she's new,fresh,has been doing a lot of model works lately and she has that aura that made me fall in love with her as a model.

MG are always late so I believe we have a month ahead before Prevelakis says anything more in Public.

The reason why she joined the miss universe pageant is more than clear ; she wanted to promote herself to the international fashion market (cause she was already a highly respected model in Europe).
That's not sth bad, each girl has her own motives, and if i remember correctly Iliana said it was a lovely experience and she did not regret it.
In my humble opinion she did more than fine, she showed her respect to the miss Greece title with her terrific performance and we must be very proud 4 having the opportunity to have a representative like her! Peace...
