The Miss World Canada organization is a complete sham. Apparently Tara was friends with many of the judges.
Tara is the biggest WTF winner of the millennium in Canadian pageants. This troll and this horrible organization will get no more support from me.
The organization seems to only crown girls with previous national titles:
Started in 2010 with Denise Garrido (MEC 2008)
Then in 2011 it was Riza Santos (MEC 2006)
Now this year it is some troll named Tara Teng who was "Miss Canada"
There were about 10 girls who were more deserving, but the results show the organizers to be complete duds.

Looks are average, but she is a very intelligent, well spoken girl, and has also really worked for many years (with some real success) on humanitarian causes - she is a big anti-slavery campaigner....so I think she will certainly make an impression and possibly win the BWP fast track (although that is no longer a pass to the top 15).

The whole pageant was a complete disaster, from the contestants not knowing what they were doing to the much-hyped MC, Veronica Chail who couldn't keep her legs together on stage and stand like a lady, speaking throughout the show in various slangs as if she was talking to a bunch of teenagers. If you took the word "incredible" out of her dictionary, she wouldn't have much to say LOL. The MC's kept disappearing from the stage wondering what's going on and there was alot of dead space between segments. Ashley Callingbull was gorgeous and did well, Poonam should have been in the top 3 definately. At the end not all the contestants came on stage for the crowning. Wonder what's up with that? The Miss World Canadda 2012 show was a complete disaster and they should be ashamed of themselves for putting on such a low class production and charging people for it. This pageant is a complete sham, stay away from it. Even under new management, it keeps going downhill. The majority of girls really had no business even being in a "beauty pageant".

These are the strange types of results that I just don't get at all... How could she be the best that Canada has to offer for MW 2012? What were the judges thinking?; or were they even thinking at all?...Sorry to say tis, but I must be honest; lookswise, I see nothing beautiful in her!
