[font=Georgia][color=#000099][size=150]please! we should flag this video because it´s humiliating a person...the tv-network had given her a chance because they know how bashful many filipinos are, they were professional that they didn´t want someone to be humiliated...everyone has imperfections and inferiorities...i myself, while watching this video, could feel how she hardly felt standing there infront of the laughing crowd that waiting for her to fail...you can see that her eyes seem helpless...aren´t people feel sorry for her? what if they were the ones on stage? would they be strong enough to continue answering the question as good as they can, and try to control the pressure?...i believe that the reason why she made it to the top 5 was because she was not judged by her failures but her strength to just continue and do her best...i bet most of them in the crowd would run backstage and cry, if they land into this kind of situation.

I think the issue with the video is not about humiliating someone but BPCI's 30-second rule during the Q and A portion which was unfortunately violated big time. IT's not a matter of rudeness rather an issue about fairness. Just a thought. >:D<

A agree . Not to mention she ended up in the top 5 It's all in the bag before the final Q&A. . Audience are not stupid you know.let them expose the dirt of BPCI. It's really quite dirty .

aww i feel sorry for Ali! even some people are bullying her because of this Q&A Ali is still innocent here. i'm sure during that time deep inside her heart, she knows already that she can't make it and she's not expecting anything more bec. of that.... u can see it on her eyes that she is very embarrassed! Now i don't know what happened... Ali is even surprised when her name was called as 2nd runner up and she can't believe it.... I guess the judges & madam stella witnessed the people laughing at Ali on the stage and they can't stand it! and from that scenario they suddenly went on Ali's side.... If there's someone responsible of this what they call "cooking show" people should blame the judges & national director and not Ali!

nyii, kahit naman aq, kahit magisip ako ng ilang minutos, wala akong maisip na disadvantage ng new form na communication na yan.
siguro gawin nilang isang tanong para sa lahat ng candidates para FAIR.
about sa gumawa nung video, meron na ba siya naachieved, grabe makaJUDGE. may salamin ba sa kanila???

The video posted in YT maybe taken from an spectator's private cam but BBPilipinas Charities and ABSCBN have rights over the content because it is their production. What I am saying is KUNG GUSTUHIN NG BbPCharitiesn and the network, they can stop YT videos anytime...

i am amazed at the strength of ali's character and the resolve to nonetheless do her best after she was given a second chance. even i am not so aware of the meaning of social medial. lolness. ali roundly deserve what she got. ali is by far better than janina san miguel who went on to bag miss world philippines wih the funniest answer ever. ali was not funny-looking in that situation, she looked lost and helpless but i can never see the sign of breaking up. very strong girl.

Filipino's see pageants as entertainment, also filipino's can laugh at things funny you know just like other humans. beauty pageant fail's during the Q&A is no exception.
at least they dont boo though..

I also think that its rude how Ali was given 30 extra seconds imagine how rude that is to the family memebers/contestants/fans in the dome who felt cheated
very unfair if you ask me. if the other girls had the same chance they would have had a better caliber answer.

I like Ali she looked nice that night she was given the 'oppurtunity' she took it just like any normal person would. though fairness is not aplicable here for me t

but I certainly dont want girls to try this tactic just so they can answer the question better in the future.

Its their fault in the end why they failed.

why are we so harsh on ali?

i think it was just a case of frazzled nerves that got to her

but she won the judges over to her side for she clearly put up a brave front and showed her vulnerability

clearly, the judges were the forgiving type and never minded the question and answer segment for they clearly understand that english proficiency is not to be equated with intelligence

she was so breathtaking onstage in both swimsuit and gown segments and sashayed with elan and confidence

bb. pilipinas is a beauty pageant and not a public speaking contest
