Rationale for starting from 2003 ,

This list is to showcase the current powerhouse and not all time powerhouse. By current we mean , the last decade. I chose 2003 as 2012 is the last year of the current decade. When Miss International 2013 will take place , scores from Miss International 2003 will be deleted and we will get a new list

Then I suggest to include the word "current" in the title.

as for the host bias thingy, I kinda agree.

philippines should be 4th.. with 1 winner and 5 semifinalist. while spain 1 winner and 4 semifinalist only.

Nice job rajat..

I love this pageant because its the most predictable of all pageants. haha. Even if there are some surprises, they see too it that the surprise will be a good one.

dominican republic was 1st runner up in 2005 and placed semifinalist in 2001 2002, 2006 and 2008....should be in the list
wilma abreu, judith cury, yadira geara cury, jeimy hernandez and victoria fernadez
