I HAVE THIS FEELING THAT LATEST POSTER RELEASED BY FEMINA OF GIRLS POSING IN SWIMSUIT IS MERE GAME OF PHOTOSHOPPING ...JUST LIKE WHAT THEY DID LAST YEAR..AM SURE....GIRLS ARE NOT SO TONED....NOR ARE THEY SO FAIR COMPLEXIONED!

Wings, you really need to take a chill pill.
What you are seeing is just the limitations of print media. The image has gone from high res film to low res paper, and the printing itself distorts colours/contrasts.
This picture is much better -
There is no photoshop, it is quite easy to make out -- photoshop is very very hard to do on these sorts of large group photos, and it is almost pointless. Certainly not to the point where complexions and waistlines are changed. The tones etc are more a reflection of lighting/sun/filters attached to bring out the optimal contrast.
