I have to correct you:
Vahide Gördüm isn't Greek, her parents are from Greece.
You know, in Ottoman times, a lot of Turks lived in Greece, and they came back to Turkey.
And her real name is Vahide Percin.
btwwhen you read "Rum" it means Greek, but "Yunan göcmeni" are Turks from Greece.
is Metisha Larroca really turkish, never heard about her before

Aphroditte wrote:J.a.d.o.r.e, out of curiosity, is Evi Toska Albanian or of Albanian heritage?
Toska is a quite common surname in Southern Albania. She's gorgeous nevertheless!![]()

Aphroditte wrote:J.a.d.o.r.e wrote:
No , Evi comes from Epirus ,from city of Ioannina. Her father is of Arvanite descent not albanian .So she's of mixed Albanian-Greek origin? Got it.

Aphroditte wrote:J.a.d.o.r.e wrote:The only Greek - Albanian model I know so far is Claudia Mihasi. She's not the kind of beauty queen because of her androgynous style but she's a very good catwalk and high fashion model.Claudia Mihasi is perfectly suited for HF modeling, she's quite interesting!
I also like Sindorela Toli, she posseses the beauty quality aswell, apart from being a high edge model.

You mean Cindorela. Yes Cindorela is beautiful as well. She's only albanian though - and I think from South Albania (?)
Anyways the other Greek - Albanian I know is George Tames and an actor whose I forgot his name that was born in France.Yes, Sindorela, she's fully Albanian from Albania.
Ethnically, also Evi seems to be part Albanian, unless her mother is Greek?
I have no idea about the French-established actor but have you ever heard of Valbona Coba?
She's an Albanian model/show girl & she also used to work & perform in Greece, here's a show of her on Greek TV:

Evi is 100% Greek both from her mother and her father. Her father is of arvanite descent but that doesn't make him less greek. Most arvanite surnames were placed as nicknames btw.
Evi even participated in topic beauty contests in Thessaloniki & Ioannina and even further she has a youtube channel and a facebook account.
She was featured in a younger age in angelz.gr along with her interview. She clearly says she is greek with descent mainly from Epirus and somewhat from Thessaloniki.
Valcona Coba is beautiful, it's the first time I 've heard of her though . The show is very old, it was an old show in the 90's so I don't really remember it. And even more details.Yes, culture-wise she is Greek, but ethnicity wise she is part Albanian.
So genetically she's Greek-Albanian, Hellenized or w/e, due to Greek Orthodox religion. She's a beauty nevertheless.
Yeah, she used to work in Greece for a short time & them established herself in the US.
Is it true that, that singer, Eleni Foureira or smth claimed South American descent, when she was of Albanian?
Maria Tsagaraki was gorgeous, I watched the event & she had a great performance!
