MISS DOMINICAN REPUBLIC WORLD 2012: JENNY BLANCO DETHRONED!

I am sad to inform but Jenny Blanco will no longer represent the Dominican Republic in Miss World 2012. After the dethronement of Miss Ireland for being "too old" to compete. Jenny Blanco was also dethroned in being "fair" to the regulations of the contest. Her successor will be announced on Monday (5/13) in a press conference.

On February 21st , the group Bellaldama in charge of pageants like Miss Petite Dominican Republic and Teen along with many models of all sizes and looks, announced that they were asked by Reina Nacional de Belleza to help choose the next Miss Dominican Republic World. The girl chosen was popular upcoming tv host, Jenny Blanco. She was crowned today, February 25th by Marianly Tejada, her predecessor. Her measurements are 90-61-94 (35-24-37) and she is 1.65m (5'5). Don't let her age (27) and height fool you, she is really to give a fight! This thread will chronicle her journey to the crown.
March 2nd- Jenny Blanco will appear at a press conference at 2:00pm on the channel Telemicro.
March 13- Jenny Blanco appeared at the Casandra Awards



April 22nd- Acording to this tweet, Digital 15 (popular channel in Dominican Republic) will catalog and film Jenny's journey to Miss World.
The dates have yet to been decided but they will be broadcasted every Saturday at 7pm

Eh... There's something really odd about her.
I don't know if it's the elderly vibes, but she kinda looks like an inflated Ingrid Rivera.

I would've loved seeing Dalia Fernandez, she would've been more suitable imo.

Yeah, she's already at her prime. But she's much more beautiful on film.

She does have amazing skin, she won Best Skin in Miss Dominican Republic 2009.
