Fernanda is 1.75m and 85-60-93 Her styling in past years hasn't been that great but maybe the MSCR org can improve it She does have experience and decent height. From what I've heard she will have a fierce competition and 2012 may be even better, than last year. We expect great contestants and of course JOhanna Solano and her performance , have a great part in that success! she has risen the bar and level of the MS CR pageant.

ya I can see that... last year everybody knew that everything was between Johanna and Mariana Loranca... but this year it seems Mariana will have to fight really hard cus the competition is getting nasty so far...

I don't think MAriana Auditioned but forumers are talking about some "espectacular girl" her name is still unkown but it's not going to be easy for the winner. New girls will be against some experienced contestants like Nazareth and Fernanda

Just some days ago she stated that her priorities are the TV SHOW (kids tv program) she has on channel 9 and her title ( she is Reina De la Ganaderia - title won in Colombia) Actually that title does not allow her to participate in any other pageants for now. So if she does get in Miss CR it will have to wait till 2013

Continuar en Ondívedu y finalizar su carrera son por ahora sus prioridades, ya que no puede participar en certámenes de belleza hasta que acabe su año como reina ganadera, pero mientras tanto aprovechará para seguir haciendo modelaje editorial, otra de sus grandes pasiones.

The MISS CR ORG has selected 20 girls and will proceed to study the candidates this following week in order to obtain the top 10 that will run for the national beauty title. The top 10 will be announced at the end of FEBRUARY.

Someone is confirming in RCR the names of two other candidates for MISS Costa Rica (info is still not official). At the moment there are 20 girls the organization has not revealed, but only the top 10 will be presented to the press in the following weeks. It looks like a strong batch.

The other two girls running for the title of miss Costa Rica 2012 are:

The MISS CR ORG will interview for the last time the top 20 girls this weekend. Ten of them will advance to the final round and will be presented to the press. Those ten girls will compete for the MISS COSTA RICA TITLE on APRIL 13th 2012.
