i would laugh bigtime with zuivallos, because when she competed in miss earth 2008, phils. won the crown, last 2010 in miss universe, =b =b =b phils. placed as 4th runner up, and for miss world 2012, as we all know, maybe phils rep may capture the crown, and zuivallos is still unplace, she must be our lucky charm. char.

The Peruvian Organization has realized that it is better to chose ahead of time. Now the Peruvian representatives will be chosen the year prior to their competition. Tito Paz asked both the MUO and Morley for permission and they agreed, simple as that. =c3
