MISS IVIAN SARCOS NOSE WAS TOTALLY CHANGED PRIOR TO THE MISS WORLD 2011, THAT'S WHY SHE REALLY LOOKED DIFFERENT THAN WHEN SHE WAS JUST COMPETING FOR MISS VENEZUELA (SEE THE CURRENT YOUTUBE VIDEOS). THE REASON WHY THEY ARE HAVING THEIR BEAUTIES CROWNED AS EARLY AS THIS TIME FOR 2012 IS BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE AMPLE TIME TO OVERHAUL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES.
