go to User control panel then click profile then click avatar...you can the instruction on how to download a photo from your computer....but first edit your picture into 300x300 pixel

you need to go to user control panel and fo to profile... on the left hand sude u ll find edit avatar... where u can choose eitheryour own pic file or the ones displayed in the gallery..
if the pic is too large.. go to tiny pic.. where u can re-size the image..

Just click on the user control panel and go from there. Make sure your avatar is at least the required size otherwise it won't fit.
