IN 1963, IEDA WOULD GIVE THIS SOUTH AMERICAN NATION ITS FIRST MISS UNIVERSE CROWN. FEW YEARS LATER, MARTHA WOULD WIN BRAZIL'S SECOND CROWN, AND TO DATE, THE LAST FOR THIS PORTUGUESE-SPEAKING NATION.
