It does not matter that she was born in USA, as long as one of her parents is Mexican and she can get the Mexican nationality(which is not hard, as long as one of your parents is Mexican). I just went to NBM website and did my research. Plus Alejandra Spinoza, if I'm not mistaken, had dual nationality and that did not stopped her to join NBM back in 2006.
