Miss Universe 1991 was held at the "ALADDIN THEATRE for the PERFORMING ARTS" on the Las Vegas Strip, USA on May 17, 1991.
The pageant was hosted by Dick Clark (RIP) for the second consecutive year, and Angela Visser for the first time.

YULIA LEMIGOVA
Since 2009, Lemigova has been linked romantically to tennis great Martina Navratilova. Appearing on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Martina Navratilova often spoke of her 'drop dead beautiful' girlfriend.
The identity of the tennis legend's new love has been kept a secret - until now.
She is Yulia Lemigova, (40), a one-time Miss USSR 1991, model and entrepreneur.
Navratilova, (56), was spotted holidaying with her girlfriend in the south of France - the first time the pair have been been photographed in public.
The two women were spotted dressed casually in shorts and T-shirts shopping in St Tropez, before enjoying a boat trip.
French reports claim Navratilova, who is currently amidst a legal battle with her ex-girlfriend Toni Layton, is engaged to Lemigova after a low-key relationship.
Prompting further speculation about an engagement, both women were wearing rings on their left hands.
Russian-born Lemigova is the second beauty queen Navratilova has fallen for after her previous relationship with former Miss Texas Judy Nelson ended acrimoniously in 1991 after seven years together.
Lemigova, the daughter of a Red Army colonel, was the last Miss Soviet Union before it collapsed and represented the nation in the Miss Universe pageant in 1991.
The model, who speaks Italian, English, Russian and French, has lived in Paris since the Nineties, has her own cosmetics firm White Russia and is founder of the Joiya spa in Paris.
In 2005, Lemigova hit the headlines when her former lover, French banker Edouard Stern was murdered by his mistress Cécile Brossard during a sadomasochist bondage session.
Lemigova claimed she had been Stern's mistress long before Brossard and had a son with him.
After meeting in 1997, Lemigova and Stern embarked on a love affair, having clandestine meetings in hotels around the world.
Stern left his wife Beatrice the following year and in 1999, Lemigova told him she was pregnant with his child and gave birth to son Maximilien.
But the child's short life ended in tragedy in March 2000 after he died of internal injuries, suggesting he could have been shaken, at the age of five months.
The incident happened just days after Lemigova had hired a new nanny, a Bulgarian who vanished soon after his death.
PAULIEN HUIZINGA
When Paulien ended her reign went on to be a profesional model and then it penetrated like TV host signed a contract with the Network at the RTL4.
Her first appearances were as a guest presenter on the network's travel program, -"Showtime", where she took viewers on tours throughout the world.
Paulien is engaged in 2000 with MICHIEL MOL also been a member of International Foundation for Lost Children.
On November 29, 2002, Paulien gave birth to a baby girl in Amersfoort (Utrecht). The child's name is MYRTHE
LUPE JONES
After finishing her reign in 1992, Lupe Jones founded a company named Promocertamen and, in 1994, created -Nuestra Belleza México-, the Official Mexican Pageant responsible for choosing Mexico's representatives to Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International.
In 1999, she decided that the contest would support an important program for ill-treated girls in the country through the Integral Family Development project. In 2000, Jones accepted an appointment as UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador and Face to Face Campaign Spokesperson for Mexico.
Lupe together with her only son Simón Junior who had with the business man Simón Charaf.
Finally, in 2010, nineteen years after her Miss Universe win, a Mexican woman was crowned as Miss Universe 2010, Ximena Navarrete. She is yet to produce the first winner in the Miss World pageant.
