Just so you know, the number of Mix Indonesian out there is huge. Especially in Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. And, I dont know why many Western (US, European) and Australian neutralized themself to be Indonesian cityzen.
Just do a little observation again, and u will be surprised by the fact that the number of mix Indonesian here is more than Mestizo in the Phil. And of course, it doesn't make any problem like the Phil does.
I've found that many pure pinoys disliked the existence of too many Mestizo in Phil entertainment. This information was said by my Pinoy friend himself.

actually... universally, muslims HAVE to be circumcised by islamic law. there is really no requirement for christians (only filipinos catholics are cut) to be cut, but for muslims & jews... its is a law. so yes, realistically speaking... indonesians are more likely mostly cut since the entire nation is mostly muslim.
