I just thought of something.. why is Peru competing if she's going to compete at Miss Universe 2013 ?? ;;?

Just wishful thinking and lucubrating things, but maybe this is a way to get her not go to Miss Universe without dethroning her so Junin takes over ! >:)

I think the rule applies once you sign your contract with mu. i doubt cindy would go to continente knowing she would not compete in mu

Someone also asked the same, the organization replied with "everything is already coordinated"

I was getting my hopes up to see her at Miss Universe, at least let me believe for 5 seconds that she'll get to go to MU. :%((

I was thinking that since she is participating in another pageant as the official rep for MU 2013, she wouldnt be able to compete but apparently as you said it only applies once you sign the contract.
