"It is with great pleasure that we announce the coming of the Miss Earth Guyana 2018 Pageant. As we strive to bring awareness of our planet and cancer related issues that arise from not taking care of it.
We know that cancer is rapidly competing for the position as the number 1 killer in the world and we believe that environmental negligence plays a big role in this.
Coupled with the Sar & B Nonprofit Foundation and the Giving Hope Foundation - Guyana we are working our hardest to bring awareness and get treatment for persons with cancer.
The Miss Earth Guyana Pageant will add to this as we aim for higher heights and deeper depths in awareness."
