Unfortunately, the only franchise in PR that is competent is MUPR.... The rest of franchises are managed by mediocres. In Puerto Rico most girls wan't to compete in MUPR, nobody is interested in these kind of pageants, that's why so many ugly girls compete here and even in MWPR... If MUPR had the MEPR franchise, maybe we could send decent girls every single year, but unfortunately, that's not the case. The decent girls we have sent to ME are girls that already competed in MUPR, see what I mean? The best girls only compete in MUPR, as you see. Right now, those front runners of MEPR 2012, competed already last year in MUPR.
