Miss Earth Venezuela Osmariel Villalobos and one of the host of Venezuelan morning magazine show 'Portada's" is the new girlfriend of Venezuelan actor Manuel "Coco" Sosa. The actor invited Osmariel to Aruba and remained there longer than expected which cause her to miss two episodes of the morning show. This news reached the attention of Osmel Sosa, president of Miss Venezuela Organization, and the producer of the said program. As a result of her irresponsible behavior, Sosa harshly scolded her and threaten to fire her as Miss Earth Venezuela if she did this again.

Two months before this incident Osmariel was interviewed by Los Pepazos de La Pepa about her preparations for the international pageant and she mentioned that she doesn't want to win the crown of Miss Earth 2012 and mainly just to participate.
