Dear Manoy poe; I do admire your courage and honesty for speaking up this truth, despite the fact that Prince Calixto and Topnotch would attack both of us for telling the truth and putting them in their places... I am so glad not all Filipinos act that way, because in this website and in my life there also are some honest and smart Filipinos that admit that Miss Earth is better than Miss International. No wonder Global Beauties ( which is one of the most important pageant websites in the world) is losing credibility. but they have been stagnant and has never progressed with their Nationalist policies
year after year I was hoping they would not commit the same mistakes again, but for some reason they just don't seem to get it

In reality I did not like Athena to win the title, my prediction is at least in the top 16 because of that her occupation has related to the Miss Earth requirements. But I respected the judges (majority of them are non-Filipinos) decision to gave her good scores into the final 4. I still think Miss Earth has already became a successful pageant despite that harshness criticisms.

More than 10 years ago, I already predicted that Miss Earth will surpass Miss International not only in terms of number of contestants but also the pageant format and meaningful activities. 11 years of seeing their growing up as a one of the top pageants in the world today.

Hi again, Topnotch.. You know? Like you, I also USED to really like Miss Earth and at the beginning I was like.." Wow, this pageant is interesting, different and seems promising.. I was very impressed with its platform of environmental awareness and even with the naming the 4 winners with the name of each element; Fire, Water, Air and Earth.. The concept for me was (and is A+++), but when I saw the frauds, the shameless nationlism and disrespect for other countries, who in the eyes of real experts (and even of the general public) were much more deserving, to the point that they crowned Karla Henry, Jessica Trisko, Sandra Seifert, Atheena Imperial and Kathleen Untalan, I lost all respect and liking for this pageant.. And come on, they don't even have an interpreter to translate for those who don't speak English.. MU, MW and MI do, and they do not care, nor penalize girls for not speaking English.. Some of these people act like the victims and so offended because of posts like this, but they don't realize that respect is earned and with Miss Earth sick form of desperate nationalism they lost the right to that respect and trust. I was very impressed with its platform of environmental awareness and even with the naming the 4 winners with the name of each element; Fire, Water, Air and Earth.. The concept for me was (and is A+++), but when I saw the frauds, the shameless nationlism and disrespect for other countries, who in the eyes of real experts (and even of the general public) were much more deserving, to the point that they crowned Karla Henry, Jessica Trisko, Sandra Seifert, Atheena Imperial and Kathleen Untalan, I lost all respect and liking for this pageant.. And come on, they don't even have an interpreter to translate for those who don't speak English.. MU, MW and MI do, and they do not care, nor penalize girls for not speaking English..
