It depends on whose hosting a pageant. Filipinos' creative ideas could easily inject life into that boring pageant just watch.

MI is very marketable to Filipino audience than Miss World and lesser capital and costs needed than Miss World and Universe

It's obvious you're not informed that Miss Universe was totally controlled by MUO. The Philippines merely provided them the money and the venue for them to produce and run the show the way they wanted to. With MI, we can actually hope that we will be given a say on how to run the pageant to inject some Filipino vibe. The DOT can even make it a part of the bargain.
