Not surprisingly Lupita has aged so quickly and without much grace with much bitterness in it. Perla is very beautiful, but his response as is usually the case with the representative of Mexico was weak and cliche.

I think this has been discussed before. Kaiane's gown was NOT a copy of Elisa Najera's gown. It was an exact copy of the gown that Valeska Saab Miss Ecuador wore at Miss World 2007 (so you can actually say that Elisa copied Valeska's design), where it was seen by Nicola Jennings, Miss Scotland 2007. Nicola was one of Kaiane's pageant advisors, and she sourced the gown for Kaiane to wear at the Miss World finals. I thought Kaiane looked amazing in it, it suited her perfectly. The lace was very appropriate, it is a big part of the traditional wear in a lot of the southern mediterranean regions...

She crowned her Miss Gibraltar while she was Miss UK international 2008.

From my personal opinion, I have noticed that Miss World Organisation has been choosing the winners from different backgrounds, I mean they have given the opportunities to various contestants from different parts of the World to be Miss World.

In other words, not the contestants from certain countries who would only be chosen as Miss World. I also mean not a few countries that would dominate the beauty pageant industry.

Please don't get me wrong that I describe all the contestants also deserved to join Miss World and they are representing their own countries.

If the winners of Miss World were always from the same countries, it would not be fair enough for contestants from other countries too. Audiences from all around the world also will get bored from the result every year if the contestant from the same country to win the title. I just have to say the Miss World title should go to someone who should really be deserved.
