And the error is not in the placement of the candidates but how the scores were updated on the screen.
Like Miss USA had a 152 points on the scoreboard but it was not accurately updated on screen although she did belong in the top 15. Hope I could clear up the misconceptions.

how they end up with such points!
post it in MW official website and let it stay there for people to analyze. .
coz in whatever way you are going to analyze it, Ms. USA won't be able to score that much
for her to catch up in the top 15!
i also doubt that Kenya's BWP score will suffice for her to be up there. .
also, i believe that Mariana will only be left out in the top 7 if she scored zero
after the top 15. .
but then again, only their official score release will clarify it all!

That's what hurts me the most! they played with our emotions I was so sure she was gonna at least be 1st runner up!

They probably just felt the backlash from license holders. I heard that the present Miss World license holders in the Philippines and Mexico will hold its last pageant this year (maybe the present NBM-World is the last one). The Miss International Organization just gave up the MW franchise in Japan, so MWO is now lurking for a new license holder here.

2012 - CHINA
2010 - USA
2008 - RUSSIA
Try to check the countries that composed the Top 7 in 2012: CHINA - WALES (basically UK) - AUSTRALIA - BRAZIL - INDIA

Its up to the Miss World Org to now post the official leader board on the website as they did in 2011. I am still puzzled by the placements of Indonesia, USA and Kenya. Perhaps they were the 'JULIA CARDS'.

Wales is NOT "basically UK" - that's an ignorant comment and an insult to the English, Scottish and Northern Irish beauty queens who are all equally eligible for the Miss UK crown and chance to compete as Miss UK at Miss International.
Anyway, at least this has been clarified so there's no more conspiracy theories on MW fiddling scores so *insert overhyped contestant here* didn't place above *insert country accused of coruption here*
