STILL, MISS POLAND HAS HIGHER POINTS WITH 237 POINTS AS COMPARED TO USA WITH 234 POINTS.. HOW COME THAT HAPPENED????

I am starting to concur that the TOP 15 scores did not include the BwP score. However, I am uncertain if the actual ranking shown in the TOP 15 is accurate.
There are however some questions with your proposed scoring for BwP.
1 - Sweden: Come the Sport, she was at 250 points overall. Meaning that USA with 152 (after Talent as we do not know Sweden's score after Talent) would require more than 98 points. Mind you this is assuming the 152 of USA includes Talent (which is a given being that the TOP 15 scores are different from the Sport scores, by the actual Talent score.. see Miss China's score at TOP 15 and SPORT).
2 - The same can be said about Northern Ireland.
3 - The same can be said about Poland.
4 - If in effect Brasil had 252 points at TOP 15, as you report, then she required to move to the TOP 7 more than 81 points to best Mexico, assuming Mexico was not awarded a single point.
These are just conclusions based upon the figures you suggested.
