Today is a special day! So I think I’m gonna write my diary here!
After rehearsing almost the whole day, which took much energy (because of practicing international dance, dancing all day!), I came back to my room and prepared for the "race" in the next competition - MISS SPORT!
I swear that I have never dropped in the area selling chocolate in the supermarket since I got here, but I don’t know why I decided to “enter” (Shhhhh!... Do not tell my coach Al Morgan! He he ...) I chose a bag of chocolate which was 72% pure and put into the shopping cart (I was still responsible for myself!). Therefore, right now, 5:30 pm, there is nothing left in my stomach (hu hu ...) I collected a hand full of chocolate and tucked in my pocket. Devouring... These chocolate will certainly help me fill up energy!
The contest lasted 5 minutes for each contestant (it sounds “terrible”, huh?), 30 seconds for each part, without a break! Mike, the judge who counted for me, was extremely friendly! "Where is Miss Vietnam, come here!" He raised his hand for me to do the high five. “Ouch! Strong high five, girl", he teased me. We both giggled ... What a wonderful beginning! I didn’t forget all the tons of energy that all of you have sent to me. Thank you oh so much!
First, I jumped up and down on a chair (step-ups) (the photo is above), the heels must be completely on the chair. 30 seconds, start! I was absolutely absorb in my performance! I just jumped and jumped. Second, doing sit-ups; third, doing press ups; fourth, proping hands down on the floor and raising hands in the air (burpees); fifth, collapsing the kness (lunges) . To the press-ups part, I was a little bit slower. "Come on Vietnam! You are doing a good job!". I closed my eyes and kept doing quite well! ☺ In the last part, my whole body muscle tended to be frozen and I even felt the throbs of my heart. I told myself: "Come on, there’s only one chance, my country is waiting, I cannot disappoint everyone!" I tried my best and I certainly could hear my scream. HUUUUUYYYT ... The sound of the whistle was raised. Opening my eyes, I saw many cameras around. The girl next to me asked: "God, you shouted loud!". Goodness, how embarrassed am I!!! "How do you feel?" The cameraman asked me. "I feel great! I get the energy when I feel exhausted most ... (gasping)… from the people in my country... I know... at this time, they are sending energy to me... to do that... ". At that time, my mind was going around so that I used wrong grammar ("so that I can DID it!") (ashamed ...)
I’m nervously waiting for the result. Unless I pass to the next round, I will cry my heart out!
Good night everyone! Hopefully tomorrow will be a sunny day.
