Last night, I was informed that my schedule for today would be bikini photoshooting in groups in the morning, then head for the Desert Museum.
In the bathrobe, everyone walked out to the outdoor lounge of the Seven Star Lakes Desert Hotel. As soon as those bikini photos were taken, I immediately “wrapped” myself in the bathrobe :”) I feel shy walking around the lounge when I have only bikini on me :”)

After finishing the tour to the Museum, I was informed that there would be a secret shooting photo (??!!) on the terrace, and I have to be at the chaperone’s room at 3:00. Hic, it sounded kinda serious when I heard the information!
All the girls were ready and go to the 3rd floor. There was a long line of all the contestants that are queuing. I was almost like falling out of the elevator when I heard that the Beach Beauty qualifying round was happening. Gosh, I didn’t know anything!!!
There’s one thing that even exceeds the “professional level” which I realize in this Miss World: Under no circumstances, everything is always happening smoothly like it was planned. Why? Because the peaceful feeling, comfortable feeling that everyone here, especially the feelings that the Board of Rehearsing made us feel. In a couple of days, I will tell you about the the Organization Board of Miss World in my opinion, right after the trip!
After leaving from the room where the contest was happening, Mrs Morley was sitting on a chair in the middle of the Jury’s table, smiled and told us: “Now, you girls will go enjoy dinner!”
I finished my dinner at the same time when the Jury was done working. I saw Mrs Morley’s face has turned red; I felt a bit worried. I wanted to ask her about it but she was still discussing something very strainly with the jury. A man in the Jury came to my table: “Please tell everyone to gather here in 10 minutes!”. At that moment, I took out my cell phone, phoned the chaperone. I thought that this would be the fastest way.
Everyone gathered very quickly. He came to the piano “Girls, what I am going to announce here is the the list of the beauties who was in the top of Beach Beauty. There were only 20 contestants in years ago, but this year, you all did a very good job; therefore, the Board has decided to take 40 contestants. And I know that even though this is a small announcement, it will bring happiness to many people here.” One by one, he read all the contestant’s names from each group who got in. I am in group 4. I sat next to him, I saw the paper, but I didn’t dare to look at it. Gosh, what if I take a peek and do not see the “Vietnam…~ I must be crying then… I tried to keep calm, and keep silent to wait for the result. I heard my heart was like jumping inside my chest when he read those last names from group 3. “And this is group 4…” I closed my eyes, took a deep breath.. “The first contestant from Group 4 is VIETNAM!” Ahhhhhh, I jumped in happiness. Oh my gosh, is this true??? I felt dizzy @.@ Everyone congratulated me. And all the other contestants were chosen.. After he finished announcing the list, I saw happiness on faces of people who got in, and sadness as well as silence of people who got eliminated… Happy and sad at the same time~ I suddenly saw me in my friends’ eyes_when I was out of the Talent Contest…
