This isn't based on beauty alone, but ability to perform strongly throughout the coming weeks and past interviews.
Miss Russia, Elizabeta Golovanova stands a great chance of winning, she is a major favourite, not to mention Julia and Ivian sat on the panel of Miss Russia 2012 which produced her UNEXPECTED VICTORY. /:) /:) /:) Predestined???
